This time, we want to give you a new vision, let me introduce our Insert Molding technology to you. Insert Molding is the producing technology which Freeport recommends to customers. It can replace the conservative man-made insertion assembly producing method, embedding the terminal into the housing and then ejecting the molded product, making the contact and the housing as one piece. Besides solving the raised pins quality issue, keeping the coplanarity well, using Insert Molding technology can also simplify the producing process. There are advantages of using Insert Molding technology as below.
